Sarah Marie Pospisil of Dallas, TX was born in Sanford, FL on December 22nd, 1990 at 5:40 p.m. Sarah gained her wings and entered into the presence of the Lord surrounded by family on October 19th, 2018 around 11:30 p.m.
Sarah attended Southlake Carroll High School and went on to graduate from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in Finance. She held herself to a high academic standard, making the dean’s list multiple times at OSU. Her fondest memories in college are her times spent with her Kappa Kappa Gamma sisters. Sarah began her career in Finance with Fidelity Investments. She went on to find more than employment; she gained a second family, as a member of Thackeray Partners in Dallas.
Sarah’s wittiness, kindness, strong will, and beautiful soul are traits that will always be remembered. Her passion was sharing experiences with loved ones such as traveling, going to movies, hosting game nights, or just lounging around. She especially enjoyed celebrating the holidays and family traditions with loved ones.
Sarah and her fiancée, Jeff Broaddus, met at Fidelity Investments, as a part of the same new hire class. There isn’t an exact day they fell in love, as they continued to fall more and more in love every day. Their love for one another is the kind of selfless and timeless love we all hope for.
Cherishing her memory are fiance, Jeff Broaddus; parents Lori Skow, husband Jerry, and Mark Pospisil, wife Lynda; siblings Emily, Caroline, and Heath Pospisil; grandparents Darlene Deluca, Wiley Gates, and Marie Collins; along with numerous extended family and friends.
